You will be working for NFP organisation based in North-West Sydney, who provides valuable to support across the community! In this contract role you will be paid an hourly rate of between $65-$70 p/h + super.
Your new role
The Human Resources Team provides a wide range of specialist human resources and industrial relations, proactive support and advice to the operational business units within the Agency to improve the capabilities and performance of both individuals and teams. The role identifies, advises, recommends, supports and assists the Managers and Coordinators to comply with legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to their specific teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualification in a Human Resources Management discipline, or equivalent experience.
Extensive and diverse experience as an HR generalist and specialist skills in Employee Relations
Proven experience and expertise in understanding business requirements and providing HR partnering solutions, coaching, advice and support.
Understanding of HR methodologies and the legislation that impacts these, e.g. Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, WHS, EEO, various Discrimination Acts.
Highly developed problem-solving, HR policy development and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
